Oh my yes

You brought this song right where it needed to be; in a slow paced, dark atmosphere. The drums are very appropriate, and the "splashing" sound makes me picture a damp, dark cave -- perfect!

I really enjoyed the part at 1:02, where the extra synth was added. Good bass sound too.

Nothing wrong here :D

The dark creepy slow and everything else atmosphere is what I wanted to do, because Mario is in a cave. In a cave, everything is dark, cold, humid... Like this song. The drums always make me mad, I'm very bad for the rhythms, but if you like this one, I think I'm getting better n_n. I love the second part of the song, it's the best thing of all of it.

It's got a nice "loose" feel for me -- but a little repetitive.

[Pokemon G/S Lance Battle Final]

This is a pretty interesting take on Pokemon. I was thinking that something like this couldn't be pulled off without losing its original feel, but you quickly proved me wrong -- after all, from what I remember, the battle with Lance in G/S is intense and exciting, much like the energy in this song, no?

lol, ok, I guess it wasn't the hardest connection to make :p, but the point is you did a good job. Great rhythm guitar sound, use of dynamics, and of course patience with those solo guitar takes XD

If I played guitar, I wouldn't last 10 lol.

Thanks, when I was first writing it my goal was to not lose the intensity of the original but to keep it varied enough so as to not get repetitive.

Solo writing is not one of my strong suits, as I'm a rhythm guitar player at heart. But melodies and harmonies come to me easily, so it's just the faster, more intense solo areas that I have serious issues with that require me to record over and over and over...

Yeah, broken fingers suck :( I think the hardest part is having to type everything with just my left hand only.

I saw people writing essays as reviews so I got scared and made this one :p

In all seriousness, this song is so chillin' -- I would have labeled it as misc. instead of trance; but then again, I label everything I do as misc. lol.

It's a very flowing piece with a great ending. Never too repetitive for me, which is usually the Achilles heel of trance I think. Good sounds, good mastering, good beat -- a very well-rounded song!

I'd ask you to review one of mine but I think after listening to this that would be considered an insult haha.

Everything about this song is so well done! I especially like the part at 1:33 -- it's nice because it takes things down a notch before the powerful ending (which unfortunately is abrupt, but I suppose there's a good reason for that haha.)
